Terms of Service.

Peek The Look is a virtual try-on service provided by Laratian through the Peek The Look Chrome extension, on the online stores you visit. It shows you an AI-generated preview of a garment on a photo of yourself.

The store you are shopping in is responsible for its products, prices and orders. Laratian is responsible for the try-on service.

You need an account to save photos. Give your real name and an email address you can access, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Upload only photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people, of anyone under 16, or photos showing nudity.

Your photos and your try-ons remain yours. You allow us to store them, and to process your photos only to create your try-ons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Results are generated by AI and are previews only. Fit, size, colour and fabric may look different in reality. Check the store’s size guide before you buy.

Some requests may be refused, for example when a photo is not suitable.

Try-ons cost credits; the price in credits is shown before each try-on. You can buy credit packs or a monthly subscription from the panel. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, on its own secure page, where the price and any taxes are shown before you pay. We never see your card details.

Pack credits are added to your balance and do not expire. Subscription credits are set to your plan’s amount at the start of each billing period, are spent before pack credits, and unused ones do not carry over. A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the profile menu (Manage subscription); you keep its credits until the end of the period you paid for.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a try-on fails, its credits are returned to your balance. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and forfeits any remaining credits. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to privacy@laratian.com; refunds are handled in line with Dodo Payments’ terms and the consumer law that applies to you.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to create unlawful, offensive or misleading images.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the menu. This deletes your saved photos and try-ons at the same time, and cancels any subscription.

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or that results will be accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

If we change these terms, we will ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign in. Questions: privacy@laratian.com
